1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Leonida Marketplace at http://localhost:3000(the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Leonida Marketplace is a fan-made GTA 6 companion web application providing an interactive map, ROI calculator, market simulator, AI assistant, and related tools. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
3. User Accounts
You may sign in using a third-party OAuth provider (Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
4. PRO Subscriptions and Payments
PRO plans are offered on a monthly, yearly, or lifetime basis. Payments are processed by PayPal. By purchasing a PRO plan, you agree to PayPal's terms of service in addition to these terms. Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service's original code, design, and content are owned by Kyrylo Kuklis. GTA 6, Grand Theft Auto, Rockstar Games, and related marks are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. This site is a fan project and does not claim ownership of any Rockstar Games intellectual property.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. All game data and calculators are estimates for entertainment and planning purposes only.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
